Refund policy

  • Returns and exchanges are available in the following cases:
    • Defective product
    • Wrong item received
    • Size issues (exchange only)
  • Shipping costs:
    • Covered by us in case of defects or wrong items
    • Covered by the customer for size exchange or personal preference
  • Process:
    • Contact us via WhatsApp or our page
    • A pickup is scheduled with the shipping company
    • Replacement is sent after inspection of the returned item
  • Refunds:
    • Issued within 3 to 7 business days after inspection
    • Processed via the original payment method when possible
  • Important notes:
    • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
    • Please ensure selecting the correct size before placing your order
